How are products made?   

All items are hand made in my home studio by myself from start to finish. We live in a dog-friendly, smoke-free home. Completed items made with cotton/woven fabrics are given two coats of Scotchguard to protect the fabric surface. This is temporary and will fade over time; however, I have found that with proper care, this step goes a long way to keeping your bag clean and beautiful for a long time.

How do you ship products?

We currently only offer shipping within the US. The "Standard" shipping rate reflects rate for USPS Priority flat rate boxes. This takes 3-7 days for delivery. "Priority Mail" is USPS Express mail based on weight and destination. If you prefer an alternate carrier or delivery service, please use the contact page to send us a message with your request. We will do our best to accommodate your shipping request.  We hope to expand shipping to international clients in the near future.

Do you take custom order requests? 

At this time we are not taking custom orders. However, we hope to offer this option in the near future. In the meantime, feel free to send a note with any suggestions or styles you'd like to see on the website. We're always looking for bag inspiration.
