It amazing how quickly time flies! I cant believe June is around the corner..
I wanted to get ready for summer by sprucing up the dining table. Memi's Lemons Quilt Pattern by Cotton and Joy was just the right amount of yellow to bring into my blue and while color palette.. its such a fun burst of color for the summer!
Working with curves is always a challenge for me, but three these little lemons came together quickly..
Here is the pic of the place mats made using Bosal's Placemat inserts. As you can see my Alexander Henry fabric has a white and blue print with yellow accents that the lemons do a great job on picking up. The rest of my dinner settings are blue and white so this pop of yellow is just the ticket.
Pinterest has tons of lemon décor ideas for your table. I'd like to think my placemats add a little twist to the lemon theme by adding a Mexican Talavera flair to the décor.
